We are always looking for great interns! Areas include systems (data, CRM, website), events, marketing, and content/education teams. Interns will work 15+ hours/wk out of our Fargo office. In addition to learning about their area of study, interns will learn about working in a business environment and how to collaborate across teams.

Current Openings:

Education Intern

• Support the academy team in the management of all training-related events, classes, exams and programs to ensure they are extremely well-organized and executed. Tasks range from content editing, marketing content review, hosting and monitoring of training courses and customer support.

Sponsor Fulfillment Intern

• Ensure sponsors receive excellent customer service and completely fulfill sponsor benefits purchased from Dynamics Communities.

The Alliance Manager is responsible for building meaningful relationships with key influencers in the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Develop and implement joint Go-to-Market Strategies with Microsoft field teams and strategic partners.
• Recruit and engage MVP's and other influential community members
• Open new geographies by developing relationships that can move business forward through joint go to market efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to understand business drivers and develop strong relationships
• Strong performance measurement skills

Preferred:

• Proficient at obtaining and using data from Microsoft Customer Engagement
• Understanding or experience at Microsoft or within the Microsoft Dynamics Partner channel
• Excellent relationship and customer service skills and professional demeanor

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and providing leadership to the Events, Programming, and Community Development teams at Dynamic Communities. As a member of the leadership team, this person will be a key contributor in setting company strategy, objectives, annual budgets and ensuring the business achieves operating, financial and growth targets.

• Lead operational teams that drive education and engagement of global user group communities
• Manage and empower a globally distributed operational team to execute against the company’s mission, vision, and growth strategy
• Leverage knowledge of the industry, key stakeholders, and organizational strategy to set and communicate operational plans and budget

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years' management experience
• Experience managing operational teams across multiple global geographies, including remote and office-based team members
• Experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem, preferably with Dynamics products
• General knowledge of ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence and systems infrastructure functions and how they support a business
• Event and/or content management experience preferred

Work out of the Fargo, ND office preferred; remote candidates will be considered for this position and regular travel to the Fargo office will be required

The Community Resource Manager is responsible for program development, implementation, and continuous improvement strategies for growth, engagement, recognition, and retention of community contributors across the User Groups (UG’s) at Dynamic Communities.

• Develops and implements innovative strategies to increase User Group community contributor recruitment, engagement, recognition and retention in accordance with organizational strategic plans
• Ensures the community contributor experience is easy to participate in, meaningful to the contributor, and productive for User Group members, thereby increasing member satisfaction and retention
• Creates connections and provides opportunities for contributor engagement program alignment with key constituents
• Ensures effective programs through collaboration, program development, implementation management and evaluation

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of related experience including staff and volunteer supervision, program development, and budget management
• Understanding of community engagement and development, volunteerism, and related resources to ensure implementation of informed best practice
• Excellent customer service and relations skills, professional demeanor, and ability to work with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds
